Our first project was the creation of a butterfly garden. It was carefully planned with around 80 Australian native plants selected to attract native butterflies. The planting was carried out in June 2024 by a working bee of around 12 inducted WRAG members. It was a great success and members are rostered on watering duties on weekends. The Mitcham Council have kindly provided hoses and other tools which have been a great help.
