Natures Trail and Sensory Garden Planting June-July 2025

WRAG planned a Community event on Saturday June 28th in conjunction with more planting and mulching.  Our local MP for Waite Catherine Hutchesson attended and invited the Deputy Premier Susan Close to visit. Both Catherine and Susan planted a shrub in the garden by the waterway. Also in attendance was the Mayor of Mitcham Heather Holmes-Ross and local Mitcham Councillors Karen Hockley, Darren Kruse and Tom Morrison.

It is wonderful to see the see the plants all in place and now that Mitcham Council have moved the path on the west side of Grand Boulevard it is much easier to walk along the nature trail without getting wet feet.
